Our Culture

Honoring the traditions of all Native peoples

Preserving the Living Heritage

"We honor and teach the cultures of all Native tribes — from Patawomeck to Paiute — ensuring traditions, languages, and ceremonies thrive."

The Tawacomen Tribe recognizes that Indigenous cultures have been historically threatened by colonization, assimilation policies, and displacement. Our mission is to restore, protect, and pass down the rich traditions of our ancestors to future generations.

We do not claim ownership of any single tribal tradition. Instead, we serve as a community of preservation — a home where the scattered can reconnect with the full breadth of their Native heritage, whatever nation it comes from.

Join us to connect with your heritage and keep our ancestral legacy alive.
